Looks like it did. I tried to submit art and they never accepted it 
It always makes me sad when good groups die because people don't want them. ;n;
I guess that problem is just that the founders got other things to do and didn´t delete the groups or didn´t even state that they give them up.
It is indeed sad. Happens quite much. But seems like nearly all plushy groups are like that. This is the third one where my art is only reviewed status and not being looked at since weeks.
In one I was waiting for weeks and never got accepted either.
